OUR PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payment options are fast, uncomplicated and safe due to SSL-encryption. Your invoice will be sent to you by email.

You can choose between the following options:

    For customers from Germany:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card
  • Instant transfer
    Pay for your purchase immediately after the order is completed with your usual online banking data.
  • Klarna invoice (Pay Later)
    From the invoice date, you have 14 days to settle your invoice. You will not pay until you have received the goods.


    For customers from Austria:
  • PayPal
  • Online transfer (instant transfer/EPS)
  • Credit card
  • Klarna invoice (Pay Later)
    From the invoice date, you have 14 days to settle your invoice. You will not pay until you have received the goods.


    For customers from all other countries:

More you need to know when purchasing on invoice at Klarna:
 

Your delivery address must match the billing address when using this payment method. You can view all your paid and unpaid bills by logging in to your Klarna accountPlease note that we cannot offer our exchange service when purchasing on account.  If you want to redeem a voucher, purchasing on invoice is unfortunately not available. Due to increased handling costs, we charge a fee of €3.90 for using Klarna - all other payment methods are free.

Where can I find my return label?
A free return label and return slip will be automatically included to your package. If the return documents are missing, we will gladly send them to you by e-mail. Just write to us an email to  service@blutsgeschwister.de

Please note that only return shipments for orders from Germany and Austria are free of charge. Customers from all other countrys have to pay return postage by themselves.

How do I register a return/exchange?
Please register your return or your desired size exchange via our returns portal. You can find the login data at the top right of your return slip.


How does an exchange work?
We will be happy to send you the same item in a different size free of charge and without any new payment. You can enter your exchange requests in the returns portal, directly under the respective article.
The reserved exchange item leaves our warehouse as soon as your return has been received. Of course, you can also return the newly sent item free of charge if it does not meet your expectations. Please note that we cannot offer an exchange service on account when purchasing.


How will I be refunded for my return?
We will refund you the amount via the payment method you use. The refund will be ordered as soon as your return has been collected. In case of a full return, we will also refund you the postage and any payment fees incurred.


I have chosen Klarna as the payment method - do I have to pay the entire invoice in advance?
Please transfer only the amount for the items you actually want to keep to Klarna. You will send the remaining items back to us and we will then cancel them from your invoice.


Please note that shipping, capture and verification of your return shipment may take a few days. Our customer service is at your disposal if you have any doubts or questions.
