Does Blutsgeschwister ship to countries other than Germany?

Currently, via our online shop www.blutsgeschwister.de, we ship to the following countries:

- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Great Britain
- Italy
- Luxembourg
- The Netherlands
- Sweden
- Spain

During the order process (when entering the address), you can choose your country. Find our flagship stores and Blutsgeschwister-carrying shops in an area near you with our store locator.

Can I order Blutsgeschwister articles via catalogue?

Ordering via catalogue is generally not possible. You may however access our Blutsgeschwister articles by clicking on the respective item in our digital catalogue. Get to the item in our online shop with a click on the article and order it from there. You can also get hold of your favourite garments in our flagship stores, Blutsgeschwister-carrying stores and additional online retailers. Please find these using our store locator.

Can I purchase gift vouchers online?
Why, of course. Find our gift vouchers here:  https://www.blutsgeschwister.de/gutschein.
You can redeem your voucher in every flagship store and in our online shop.

How do I find out what size to buy?
The size of our items follows German size standards, but some items' fit may vary because of deviating materials and cut. In our online shop, our size chart is located directly next to the respective article in the detail view.

What are my payment options in the online shop?
Customers ordering from Germany may choose from the following payment options: Klarna invoice (fee € 3,90, payable within 14 days), credit card, instant transfer or PayPal.
In case of purchase on account, please note that the shipping address must identical with the invoice address. Access  https://www.klarna.com/de/mein-klarna for all your open and settled invoices.

Customers from Austria may choose from the following payment options: Klarna invoice (fee € 3,90, payable within 14 days), PayPal, credit card and online transfer (instant transfer/EPS). In case of purchase on account, please note that the shipping address must identical with the invoice address. Access  https://www.klarna.com/de/mein-klarna for all your open and settled invoices.

Customers ordering from any other supplied country may choose from the following payment options: PayPal and credit card.

All payment options are fast, uncomplicated and safe due to SSL-encryption. Your invoice will be sent to you by email.


How much are the shipping costs?
For all shipments to
Germany, the shipment flat rate amounts to € 3,95 and  € 7,95 for all shipments to other supplied countries. No shipping costs apply for orders over € 150,00. Returns are free of charge within Germany and Austria. Customers from other supplied countries have to bear the return costs themselves.


How is my order shipped?
We use CO2 neutral shipment with DHL GoGreen.

What is the minimum order value?
For orders from
Germany, the minimum order value is € 10,00. For orders from other countries, the minimum order value is € 29,00.

Can I return Blutsgeschwister items purchased online?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.
For orders from Germany and Austria, you can use the free return label which is enclosed with your package.
For orders from all other countries, it is within your resposibility that your package reaches our warehouse in Schwaig near Munich (Germany).
In any case you must register your return order online at https://www.blutsgeschwister.de/en/return before you return it to us.
This is easily done with your laptop or phone as explained in the returns info sheer enclosed with every package.
 
Can I exchange Blutsgeschwister items purchased online?
If you need an item in a different color or size, we will gladly send it to you free of charge for orders from Germany or Austria.
Please use our returns portal https://www.blutsgeschwister.de/en/return to tell us your exchange requests.
The exchange takes place after we have received your returned items, which have to reach us within 14 days.
For orders from all other countries, we cannot offer any exchange service at the moment.
Please note, an exchange for a different size or colour is unfortunately not possible with payment with Klarna or gift certificate.

How much time do I have to return goods?
The right of revocation applies for all goods returned within 14 days of delivery.

How much time do I have to return defective goods?
Obvious defects must be communicated to us as soon as possible, but at the latest within 2 weeks upon delivery. Hidden defects may be asserted within 24 months after delivery.

Can I return reduced goods?

Of course. See "How much time do I have to return goods?"

Can I cancel my order, or make changes to the order?

Your order can not be changed or cancelled as it is automatically transmitted to our logistician, so that interference on our part is not possible anymore. The order or respective article may however be returned. See "Can I return or exchange Blutsgeschwister articles ordered online?"

Can I order without opening a customer account?
You can order from the online shop without registration.
However, as a registered customer, you benefit from the following advantages:

How does the €-value discount code work?

Choose your favourites and drop them into the shopping basket. In the shopping basket summary, you'll find the header "voucher code". This is where you enter the discount code. Once you have clicked "redeem", the shopping basket discount will be discounted from your order.

How does the shopping basket rebate work?

The discount will be deducted from your final shopping basket value. You will therefore not pay the full amount on all items, as you are granted a discount - every single article will be rebated with the correct percentage so that your shopping basket will display the rebated value.

This may look like in the following:

* shopping basket example:

You place two items into the shopping basket.
- item 1 costs 69,95 €.
- item 2 costs 49,95 €.

o  total value of goods before discount: 119,90 €
o discount in example: 20 €
o The shopping basket total value thus is 99,90 € - equalling a shopping basket discount of 16,68% in this case.

* Assignation of the shopping basket discount on specific items in your order confirmation and invoice:

The discount of the basket value of in this case 16,68% will be allocated to both items.

- item 1 has been purchased for 58,28 € instead of 69,95 €  (= 16,68 % discount)
- item 2 has been purchased for 41,62% instead of 49,95 €  (= 16,68 % discount)

o Overall, this results in a total account of 99,90 € - in accordance with the sum of your shopping basket.

What happens when I want to return one or more items?
You can return every item without giving a reason.


*part return:
We will credit your account with the amount of every discounted individual price.

*full return:
You will be credited with the sum of every individual discounted price on your invoice - this equals the final value of your shopping basket.

This may look like in the following:

o The value of your shopping basket sans discount amounts to 119,90 €. Minus 20,00 € discount, your rebated total account is 99,90 €.
o You would like to return item 2, original price at 49,95 €.
o After deduction of the shopping basket discount, this item has been purchased for 41,62 € - as depicted on your invoice bill. This amount will be credited to your account in case of return.
