    The loose-cut top features playful ruffles in a clever wrap look; an adorable ruffled collar with adjustable tassel ties as well as short, flounce-like batwing sleeves round off the gorgeous look of the dress. A comfortable elastic waistband gives this relaxed-fit dress a feminine silhouette with guaranteed feel-good factor.
