You have 30 days to make up your mind – take your time, no matter if you shopped regular-price or sale items. You can also return PreLoved items without any problem.
The 30-day period starts on the day your parcel arrives.
After registering in the Blutsgeschwister returns portal, you’ll automatically receive your return label by email – provided your country participates in our return service program.
We currently offer free return labels for the following countries:
Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
For Switzerland, a return label is also provided by email. A flat fee of 6 CHF applies and will be deducted from your refund.

There you can easily select your desired size, and we’ll send you the requested item free of shipping costs – within the EU.
Please note:
▪️ The exchange item will only be shipped once we have received your return. Until then, the item will remain reserved for you.
▪️ As soon as your exchange parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a new shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
▪️ For purchases made by invoice or with a gift card, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange service.
▪️ An exchange for a different color or pattern is not possible.
▪️ For orders outside the EU: A direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.

Log in to the returns portal with your login details. If you’d like to exchange an item, simply select your desired size right away.
Pack your parcel:
After registering, you’ll receive your return label by email (DE: with QR code; other countries: print version). For countries not covered by our label service, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Send it off:
Place the return slip inside your parcel, hand it in at the post office, and don’t forget to keep your receipt – just in case.
Refund / Exchange:
You’ll get an email once your return is processed. Refunds go automatically to your original payment method (CH – 6 CHF). Exchanges are free within the EU.
