A. Customer Information for Concluding Distance Selling Contracts

The following information is provided to fulfill our legal obligation to inform you about distance selling contracts and electronic commerce. Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) can be found here.

You will receive all information in text form at the latest upon delivery of the goods. You can also print out this information or save it to your hard drive.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation for customers to place orders in the online shop. The customer can select products from the range and collect them in a shopping cart via the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is sent and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order via email by (i) sending a shipping confirmation or (ii) sending a payment request or (iii) delivering the goods within five days.

(2) We store the contract text and send you the order details via email. You must ensure that the email address you provide for order processing is correct so that emails sent by Blutsgeschwister can be received. In particular, if using spam filters, you must ensure that all emails sent by Blutsgeschwister or third parties commissioned by Blutsgeschwister for order processing can be delivered.

3. Delivery (Shipping)

(1) The delivery period for shipments within and outside Germany is specified on the respective product page. For further information on delivery times, please visit: www.blutsgeschwister.de/eu/en/s/lieferzeiten

(2) For payments made by advance payment/bank transfer or PayPal, the delivery period begins one day after the invoice amount is credited to the respective account. For all other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order is placed.

(3) If the start or end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the start or end of the period is postponed to the next working day.

(4) Shipping is only available to the countries listed in the Delivery & Shipping overview and subject to the restrictions and shipping methods specified there. You can also find the shipping costs in the virtual shopping cart.

4. Purchase Price and Shipping Costs

(1) The prices listed are total prices in euros and include the statutory value-added tax. Temporary special offers or discounts are identified as such in the presentation of individual goods on our website.

(2) Our delivery and shipping costs are charged in addition to the final prices of the respective goods. Please refer to the Delivery & Shipping overview for the applicable shipping costs.

(3) No additional costs arise for you when ordering via means of distance communication.

5. Payment Terms / Payment Methods

(1) Depending on the country, you can choose from different payment methods in our shop. Additional payment options may be available depending on the value of your shopping cart – for example, in Germany and Austria, installment payment is possible from a cart value of €150.

(2) For orders from all other countries, we accept payment via PayPal or PayPal Express, or by credit card, depending on the country. In some cases, local payment methods are also available.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers and Model Withdrawal Form

B. Additional Customer Information on Electronic Contract Conclusion

1. How Does the Online Contract Conclusion Work with Us?

If you are already a registered customer, you can log in at any time before initiating the payment process by entering your email address and password in the "Your Blutsgeschwister Account" field and confirming your login with the "Log In" button.

When you find a product in our online shop that meets your desires, click the "Add to Cart" button. The item will then be placed in your cart, and the contents of the cart will be displayed in an overview.

Once you have added products to the cart, the items in the cart will be shown on the right-hand side under the heading "Your Cart." By clicking "Go to Cart," you will access the aforementioned cart overview. Here, you can remove products from the cart or change their quantity.

If you wish to remove an item from the cart, click the "X" delete field or enter the number "0" in the quantity field within the cart overview. Changes are automatically updated.

Shipping costs are displayed directly in the cart.

By clicking the "Checkout" or "PayPal Express Purchase" button, you can immediately begin the order process for the items in the cart.

After clicking the "Checkout" button, a page will open where you can either see your existing customer data or enter your data as a guest.

As a guest customer, please fill out the appropriate fields. Your order summary is displayed on the right-hand side.

At the bottom of the page, you can view our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the withdrawal policy, and our privacy policy through a corresponding link.

Please read the General Terms and Conditions, the Cancellation Policy, and the Privacy Policy carefully, and then confirm the input field “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions, the Right of Withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy” by ticking the corresponding checkbox. Only if you confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions, have taken note of the Right of Withdrawal, and agree to the Privacy Policy, will you be able to proceed with your order.

If all details are correct, click "Order Now" to complete the entire order process.

We will promptly confirm receipt of your order via email.

When using "PayPal Express Purchase," you will be redirected to the payment provider's website to authorize the transaction before placing the order. From there, you will return to our online shop, where you can complete your order.

2. Storage of the Contract Text and Customer Access

We store your order details and send them to you in the order confirmation via email. This email also includes a link to our GTC.

3. Input Errors

You can correct your entries at any time during the order process by using the "Back" button marked with a left-pointing arrow in your browser and then making the corresponding change. You can change the desired quantity of items by adjusting the number in the appropriate field in the cart. Changes are automatically updated. You can modify or correct the delivery address, billing address, and items in the cart by changing the information in the respective section of the order summary or by clicking the corresponding button. Additionally, you can edit the data entered during the order process using the "Back" function of your internet browser.

You can cancel the entire order process at any time by closing your internet browser.

4. Contract Language

You have the option to conclude contracts with us in German.
